A note on this list: I've included these organizations because I believe they genuinely help homeowners. I don't receive any compensation or referral fees from any of them. This list is not exhaustive and is not a substitute for consulting a licensed professional about your specific situation. If you'd like a personal recommendation based on what you're dealing with, just reach out.
I am a homeowner advocate, not an attorney, real estate licensee, financial advisor, or HUD-approved counselor. Nothing on this page is legal, financial, or tax advice. In some cases I may be interested in purchasing a home — always disclosed upfront, never pressured.
Not sure which resource applies to your situation?
I'm happy to help you figure out the right next step — free, no pressure.
