A grassroots homeowner advocacy community
500+ homeowners helped across Hawaiʻi, California, Florida, and Washington.
Many advocates have experienced foreclosure firsthand — that lived experience drives our mission.
We’ve been there — and we’re here so you don’t have to face this alone.
My 3-step process
Questions homeowners ask most
Is your help really free?
Yes. My homeowner support and resource connections are 100% free for homeowners. There’s no obligation and no pressure to sell.
Do I have to sell my home?
No. We look at every option first — keeping the home, pausing foreclosure, negotiating, or selling only if you choose.
What should I bring (or tell you) on the first call?
If you have them: any foreclosure notice, loan servicer/lender name, court case info, auction date, HOA/tax letters, and your best contact details. If you don’t have documents, that’s okay — we’ll start with what you know.
Are you a lawyer or HUD counselor?
No. I’m a homeowner advocate. I don’t provide legal/tax advice. When needed, I help connect you with trusted, verified professionals.
If there’s an urgent deadline, what should I do?
Text or call as soon as possible so we can confirm dates and identify the fastest next steps. If you’re in immediate danger of losing housing, contact a HUD-approved counselor or Legal Aid right away.
